They've taken wonderful care of our two cats for ten years now. Everyone is kind and helpful and very understanding if you're emotional about your cat being sick. They will do everything possible to take care of your cat as well as they would their own.
All Feline has no room for a personal appointment . Everything is drop off for months since Covid. I see why now. I finally took my cat to a different vet after years of treatment from All Feline with no real results. The difference is night and day. Not only did I get a timely appt with an in-person vet visit, they were able to diagnose and treat his issues. Issues that I have been asking All Feline to diagnose and treat. Their diagnoses were totally wrong and unneeded and detrimental medications were given. I would not recommend taking your pet to All Feline.
Called to make an appointment for our cat who was recently confirmed to have mouth cancer with another vet. Due to costs, we decided to find a vet who was able to accept Care Credit and so that was how I was able to find this place. I called to explain the circumstances and to see availability for a follow up appointment to discuss options. I did not expect to be treated so coldly and bluntly. A person named Natalie answered and after explaining the reason for our need for an appointment, including that my cat is dealing with LITERAL CANCER, she plainly stated that there would not be any availability for two months. I understand that it was busy and that isn’t why I am making this review. I am upset about the lack of feeling or any acknowledgment on the other end of the phone from the receptionist. Considering that they are the face for a service that deals with similar situations like mine, the cold delivery and no other follow up or other options/suggestions really hurt. I don’t expect people to move mountains and especially don’t expect any special treatment, but just some regular ol’ empathy can make a difference.
The staff treated my cat with the utmost care and compassion I could’ve ever hoped for. They also provided me with such comfort, reassurance, education, information, and frequent updates during my cat’s stay to keep my mind at ease. I cannot recommend this place enough.
We have been using them for years. We took in two very tiny kitties and have them looked at. And found out that they were hypothyroid and this accounted for why they were the way they were. Very pleased with their work and diagnosis
I went here to have my Oliver's last remaining teeth removed after being told by other vets that most won't remove canine teeth and I might have to go out of state. Not only did they remove the teeth, they did before and after x rays and spent extra time removing root tips from teeth that weren't completely removed by other vets. They also took the time to suture everything up so he wouldn't have giant holes in his mouth. It was a long surgery and I was sent home with 4 different medications for my kitty so he'd have adequate pain control. I am very impressed with this clinic! I get the impression that a lot of other vets I've seen don't really care for cats, but not here. He got special treatment from the moment we walked in the door (he had pooped in his kennel during the drive). I've also never seen a vet take an animals blood pressure before. It's an hour drive for us but we will definitely be coming back.
All staff members at All Feline are wonderful. My little girl Polly had to have her back leg amputated a few weeks ago and everyone was so sweet and understanding. The Drs did an amazing job and she has healed up so nicely. It was really nice that no one was bothered that I called multiple times a day to check in on her. They were able to send a post op photo that really put me at ease since she was having to stay the night. Sure she was on pain meds but she really did look calm and comfortable with the surroundings. Polly and I say Thank you to everyone there!!
I am so impressed with the care my kitty “Mikey” got. My son was very worried about his kitten and they were amazing and really helped ease his worry. I could not be more happy that I chose this facility to care for our Mikey!
